We have transcriptions of a number of Miscellaneous Nominal Rolls and Poll Books, which we are making available as PDF transcripts, in some cases with images of the original documents.
This table provides links and summaries of these various sources.
There are also links to material held by the Isle of Wight County Record Office including a transcript of the 1841 Census entries for the Isle of Wight, and the Victorian Marriage Index, which were compiled by the late Barry Hall.

| Absent Voters List 1939 | This transcription gives the lists of the Absent Voters registered in the Electoral Rolls of 1939. This in effect shows all the people eligible to vote who were not in residence on the qualifying date, and this represents (apart from a couple of exceptions) all those members of the uniformed services on active duty away from home.
