in 2 formats. Choose which ever suits your requirements.
- PDF format
This requires Adobe Acrobat Reader. Use it to print out,
fill in and return the application form by postal "snailmail".
- Microsoft Word format
This link will auto-download and open the application form in
Microsoft Word (or WordPad if Word is not installed on your PC).
You may then edit the document and send it to the
Membership Secretary
as an email attachment or by post.
Renewal Form To renew your membership download one of the
following two files: in PDF format or
in Word format.
Standing Order. To pay by Standing Order download one of the
following two files: in PDF format or
in Word format.
Credit Card payments. You can pay your subscription, renew your
subscription or buy books through The Parish
Chest

offer to our members however there is a cost to us in providing
this service and a donation would be appreciated.
